NB: On each category, the stated berths allow for a pull-out double bed in the lounge. For optimum comfort, we suggest the caravans are most suitable for 2 persons in category A, and up to 4 or 5 in categories B, C & D.
* DOGS: Add £20.00 per week per dog. Strictly only one dog allowed in a hire caravan. You are obliged to bring your dog's own bedding/basket. Under no circumstances must the dog be allowed in the bedrooms, on the caravan furnishings or left alone in the caravan.
TERMS FOR RESERVATIONS
* All charges include VAT @ 20% and are subject to alteration without notice if this standard rate of VAT is changed..
* A telephone or email enquiry is advisable before completing the Reservation Form.
* A non-returnable deposit of £60.00 per week is required on booking and the balance is payable on date of arrival.
* A confirmed booking is a legal binding contract. If the booking is cancelled within 21 days of the arrival date, the balance owed will remain payable in full. (We would strongly advise that you take out some form of holiday cancellation insurance).
* Charges include the use of electricity and gas.
* The caravans are fully serviced with toilet, shower, fridge, full size cooker, TV, gas fire in lounge and electric panel heaters in bedrooms.
* They are equipped with microwave, toaster, television and everything required except personal linen. Please bring sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
(Duvets are provided for the main bedrooms - extras are available)
* The number of stated berths must not be exceeded.
* Maximum of 2 cars allowed at each caravan.
* ARRIVALS: Caravan keys can be collected from 2.30pm onwards.
* ON DEPARTURE: We ask that caravans are vacated by 10.30am and left in a clean and tidy condition - as found. If a caravan is left in a dirty or misused condition, future bookings will not be accepted.
*Smoking is prohibited inside all caravans.
