CAMPING PITCHES are for TENTS, TRAILER TENTS and CAMPERVANS all on grass, slightly sloping. Max. size in any direction 8 metres (24ft).
TOURING PITCHES are for TOURING CARAVANS, MOTORHOMES AND FOLDING CAMPERS, with a limited number of hardstandings. Max. length size 24ft (8m).
FULLY SERVICED PITCHES are for TOURING CARAVANS & MOTORHOMES on grass hardstandings. and include connections for electricity, water, grey waste and television. Max. length size 24ft (8m)
TERMS FOR RESERVATIONS
* All charges include VAT @ 20% and are subject to alteration without notice if this standard rate of VAT is changed.
* A non-returnable deposit of £20.00 per pitch per week is required on booking and the balance is payable on arrival.
* A completed Reservation Form is required with the required deposit.
* Alternatively, you can phone us on 01643 862463 (in normal office hours) to pay your deposit by debit/credit card and we will do the paperwork.
All bookings are acknowledged in writing.
* The number of nights booked will be charged for unless cancelled in writing/by email before the date of arrival or altered on arrival. Alterations to the number in your party etc. to be advised an arrival.
* Pitches to be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure in time for new arrivals.
*The TV link-ups on the touring pitches offer an analogue signal that remains compatible with all televisions.
*WiFi is available free of charge. However, we ask you to limit use of laptops away from your accommodation.
* DOGS are welcome without charge. They must be kept on their leads at all times, exercised off the site and never left unattended.
There are no exceptions to these rules.
